Guy SpigelmanCEO of PresenTense, Founder of A3iGuy is responsible for leading PresenTense and comes to the organization after serving in executive roles at a number of innovative Israeli hi-tech and biotech companies including XMPie - that was sold to Xerox, and AposTherapy, a medical device company where Guy was responsible for setting up subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. At PresenTense, Guy founded 7 new accelerator programs, including A3i - the first accelerator in the world dedicated to Assistive Technologies and nazTech, the first technology accelerator for Arab entrepreneurs in Israel.

David BarPresenTense Program ManagerDavid Bar is a seasoned accelerator manager, and has recently completed managing LEAP Haifa - a scale accelerator for advanced stage Arab led/co-led startups. David has spent the past 14 years in management, entrepreneurship and business development roles at various start-ups, and has significant experience at penetrating new markets. David is also the founder and CEO of Bike & Park, an environmental startup promoting green transportation and a better environment through the use of bicycles in the urban space. David holds a business administration and computer science degree.

Yael ElsteinBeit Issie Shapiro Program ManagerHead of the Technology Center at Beit Issie Shapiro. Yael has a Master's degree in Technology and Education from Tel Aviv University and over 15 years’ experience in senior marketing roles in the hi-tech industry and startup companies.
For the past four years, Yael has driven strategic partnerships with the hi-tech sector (leading projects with Google, Microsoft and SAP), as well as with the business, government and social sectors, helping create a fertile ecosystem in the field of Assistive Technology, and bringing more accessible products to the market. |
